Sushi Blue—Patrick’s go-to restaurant in Kimball Junction is part of Bill White’s genius (read Billy Blancos, Grappa, Chimayo and more). There’s something for everyone on the menu—even if you’re not into sushi. “My recent favorite sushi roll when it is available is called the John DeBaun’s Roll,” says sushi-lovin’ Pat “but you should also try one of the fun rolls named after celebrities.” Like most restaurants, Sushi Blue has a few things you can order off the menu like the Salmon L. Jackson, Tuna Turner and Mike Thai Son.
