Canyon Creek

Canyon Creek is a 312 unit condo community made up of one to three bedrooms ranging in size from 600 to 1,350 square feet and built in the late 1990’s. Many of these units face the Swaner Nature Preserve that borders the back of this community. Each building here has 3 levels with some units taking up multiple levels and living more like a townhome. Amenities include a clubhouse, outdoor and indoor pool, fitness center and volleyball courts.
