Crescent Ridge

Crescent Ridge is a 60 unit townhome community built in 1972-1976 and made up of mostly 2 to bedrooms (there’s one 4 bedroom) with sizes ranging from 1,000 to 1,885 square feet. The private setting of Crescent Ridge at the base of the Park City Mountain sets this development apart from other Old Town communities as it’s surrounded by trees and accessed by a private road. There is also convenient ski access at both ends of the street, and some units even have ski-in access. Residents here have access to the Three Kings amenities for an additional fee.
