Newpark Hotel

The Newpark Hotel Condos are located in the Heart of the Newpark Town Center Resort area and are the centerpiece of the state’s first LEED-certified resort community. There are a total of 69 units made up of 1 bedrooms to 2 bedrooms sized 776 to 1,154 square feet. Built in 2007, each unit here features private decks with hot tubs and the 2 bedrooms have lockout units. Onsite amenities include front desk concierge, daily housekeeping, an indoor/outdoor heated pool, steam room, private fitness center, Sky Bridge Lounge, and conference center.
