Pinebrook Cottages is a 90 unit community of twinhomes with 2 to 4 bedrooms sized from 1,380 to 3,052 square feet and built in 1995. Located in the lower Pinebrook area, this community is on a 20 acre area with small open spaces to the north and south. While these homes are labeled as condos they live more like a single-family homes given they all have 2 car garages, a private driveway, and a small fenced back yard.
