The Oaks At Deer Valley

The Oaks is a 91 lot single-family home community in Lower Deer Valley, built in a mountain contemporary style and overlooking Deer Valley’s ski runs. Homes in the Oaks sit on about half an acre and range in size from 4,000 to 10,000 square feet, offering 3 to eight 8 bedrooms. The first Oaks homes were built in the late 1980s, but construction has continued into the 90s and 2000s. Nightly rentals are not allowed in this community.
