Hope everyone is enjoying spring time in Park City.  The weather is always exciting this time of year.  70 degrees and perfect weather to hike or bike last week transitions to snow and cold this week.  Believe it or not Snowbird had almost a foot of snow in the past few days! See below for this weeks Events in Park City:

May 15th:  Stand-Up Utah!

Five of the funniest Stand-Up Comedians in the state are ready bring the lAUgHTter back to UTAH by appearing in fast succession all on one stage in one night. Comedy in Utah, why not? There’s plenty to joke about, right? With Chris Dowell, Mike Grover, Greg Kyte, Andy Gold, and emcee Mike Anderson.

May 16th-18th:  Park City Film Series – Alan Partridge

Steve Coogan recently charmed audiences as the investigative journalist in the Academy Award nominated film “Philomena.” When famous DJ Alan Partridge’s radio station is taken over by a new media conglomerate, it sets in motion a chain of events which see Alan having to work with the police to defuse a potential confrontation with unhappy employees.

May 17th – Bling Fling

Shop a dazzling array of gently-used jewelry, watches, handbags, scarves, belts and other pre-loved women’s “excessories” to benefit Peace House.

May 17th – Wetland Bird Walk on Swaner Preserve

Come out for an early morning wetland birding adventure led by Dave Hanscom and Swaner staff. We will hike through the Swaner wetlands and head toward the spring-fed ponds in the heart of the Preserve. We will look for migrating shorebirds, nesting sandhill cranes, and some of the other 100 species of birds seen on the Preserve.

May 17th – Running with Ed

The 5th annual Running with Ed (RWE) relay is May 17th, 2014. This 38-mile, 10 leg race traverses spectacular Park City, and gets you home in time to have a playdate or a date night. The course offers everything from trail to pavement, challenging climbs to fast downhills, easy legs for beginners and tough ones for experts.

Enjoy the week and think snow!
