Top Five Park City Neighborhoods 2014
I was curious which areas in Park City have been the top selling neighborhoods so far in 2014. Looking in the MLS back to January 1 and taking the closed sales for residential types of property (homes, condo & townhome, and vacant land) and the current pending sales in June 2014, I have identified the five hottest selling Park City neighborhoods. Below are the current top five:
Old Town – 109 Sales & 26 Pending
Promontory – 41 Sales & 20 Pending
Park Meadows – 41 Sales & 13 Pending
Pinebrook – 39 Sales & 24 Pending
Canyons – 39 Sales & 11 Pending
It will be interesting to see if these Park City Neighborhoods are still in the top five at the end of the 2014 year.
