Nevis at Newpark Townhomes
The Newpark Town Center has a new community in the works and is near county approval. This approval pending community will be called Nevis at Newpark and will consist of 23-unit townhomes and slated to be built in between the Newpark Condo Hotel Residences and the Cottonwood Three building to the north.
According to the Park Record and county documents, Nevis at Newpark will consist of 29,041 square feet of residential density. Current renderings show 2 bedroom, 3 bath floor plans with a roof top terrace and outdoor fireplace. It went before the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission for discussion and a public hearing and was supported under a condition of approval from County Engineer Leslie Crawford.
When the Nevis at Newpark community is completed, the Newpark Town Center project with be 94% finished with the development plan.
