Things to do in Park City

Hopefully everyone enjoyed the past week.  We are heading into March already!  Time really does fly.  See below for things to do in Park City this upcoming week:

Feb. 23rd-Mar. 1st:  Mountain Lion! The story of Pumas and People

Mountain Lion! The Story of Pumas and People is a special exhibition being held at the Swaner Preserve and EcoCenter until March 31, 2015. See the sights, hear the sounds, and learn more about these tremendous wild cats. Family and Youth activities are held Thursdays 10 am to 7 pm and Sundays Noon to 5 pm

Feb. 27th – Mar. 1st:  Booker T Jones

Booker T. Jones was one of the architects of the Memphis soul sound of the 1960s as the leader of Booker T. & the MG’s. He is a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, Musicians Hall of Fame inductee, Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award recipient and arguably the most famous Hammond B3 player in history.

Feb. 27th – Mar. 1st:  Sprint US Snowboarding & Freestyle Slopestyle & Halfpipe Comp

U.S. Freeskiing Grand Prix will highlight the world’s best ski and snowboard athletes in Park City Mountain Resort’s award winning Eagle Superpipe and King’s Crown slopestyle course.

Feb. 28th:  Sam Bush

“One of the greatest and most innovative mandolin players alive,” (American Songwriter), Sam Bush captivates his audiences with string-pickin’ virtuosity and Grammy-winning vocals (he also happens to be a three-time national junior fiddle champion) on Feb. 28, 2015. While his music may be rooted in bluegrass, the “King of Telluride” also ventures into jazz, rock, blues, funk and beyond.

Enjoy your week and think snow!
