Prospector Village

Prospector Village is made up mostly of single-family homes with a few duplexes and condos. Homes here consist of 2 to 8 bedrooms sized 1,080 to 6,110 square feet. Construction dates range greatly from the 1970s to current and lot sizes range from .01 to .5 acres. The historic Union Pacific Rail Trail, a 28 mile state park, runs adjacent to this community. In addition, there’s a wide variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Park City Mountain is within 2 miles and can be accessed through the free Park City bus.
