The St. Regis is a luxury AAA Five Diamond condo-hotel community built in 2008. Amenities here include butler service, complimentary hotel shuttle, private ski beach, ski valet, infinity pool, a 13,00 square foot Remede Spa, 2,400 square foot heated pool with food and beverage services as well as adjacent hot tubs, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, an athletic club which includes a 24 hour 3,000 square foot workout facility which offers personal fitness and personal training, and a separate yoga and pilates room, 7,500 square feet of indoor meeting space and 7,000 square feet of outdoor event space, on-site restaurants. There’s also a Kids Club which hosts kids activities every evening. For additional amenities buyers can purchase an optional Deer Crest Club membership which includes direct ski-in/ski-out access to Deer Valley Resort from a private member lounge, ski/sport locker or wine locker, year round activities for adults and families, and complimentary breakfast and light fare lunch.
