The Preserve

The Preserve is an expansive gated community of 88 home sites with a minimum requirement of 4,000 square feet and a maximum of 10,000 square feet. Located on the historic ‘Bitner Ranch’ home sites are an average of 10 acres in size with the largest being 65 acres, a sense of privacy yet openness is prevalent here.
