The Residences At The Chateaux

The Residences at the Chateaux is a fractional share member-owned condo community built in 1999 offering 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans with an average of 2,200 to 2,800 square feet. There are a maximum of 6 ownerships per each of the 19 residences. Upscale amenities include a members lounge, private ski locker with sauna and steam room, equipment storage, fitness center, business center, teen room, toddler room, private concierge and housekeeping, airport and in-town transportation. Members of the Chateaux Condominium Association can also enjoy the amenities of The Chateaux Deer Valley which include a heated swimming pool, outdoor jetted spas, gourmet restaurant, bar, ski and mountain bike rentals, and various boutiques.

The Residences at the Chateaux differs from a typical timeshare in that owners have access to all club facilities at any time. Each owner can reserve up to 2 weeks of planned winter/summer vacations. After all these days are reserved owners can reserve additional lodging on a “space available” basis, with no limit to the amount of use by each owner. Only owners and their guests can use these units.
