Timberline

Timberline is a small community of vacant lots and single-family homes situated high along the tree line and range in style from older construction and cottages to large custom homes. Homes here have to have a minimum of 1200 square feet according to the CC&Rs but no maximum, existing homes feature 2 to 6 bedrooms sized 1,531 to 4,560 square feet. It’s not uncommon to see moose around this wooded community and trail access is around the corner.
