Old Town Real Estate

Situated between Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort, Old Town real estate is the center of visitor activity.  Lined with restaurants, bars, art galleries and shops, Main Street is the entertainment hub of Park City.  The town’s bustling Main Street was not always a tourist attraction.  The resort & town used to be populated by a rough group of miners, gamblers, saloon keepers, and madams all in search of the mother lode.  You don’t have to look very hard to find the remnants of Park City’s silver mining past when you stroll along Old Town’s quaint streets lined with restored historic properties.  Today visitors flock to Park City for a different treasure, “The Greatest Snow on Earth”.

Park City Mountain Resort opened in 1963 (Originally Treasure Mountain) and is now a premier winter and summer vacation destination.  In the winter, Park City Mountain Resort has 3,300 acres of skiable terrain, 104 trails, one super pipe and four terrain parks.  Park City Mountain Resort is a cornerstone in the Park City ski community.  Park City Mountain Resort is the only ski resort in Park City that offers night skiing/boarding for those who can’t get enough during day light hours.

In the summer you can ride Utah’s only Alpine Coaster, the Alpine Slide (one of the longest in the country), or fly through the air on the Zip Rider. If you take your adventure with a little less adrenaline, you can catch a lift to explore hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trails.
