Newpark Terrace Update | Construction Starts March 2014
After several years of a slow real estate market, we are excited to announce that a new Neighborhood Community will begin full-scale construction of The Newpark Terrace townhomes.
Newpark Terrace is a 60-unit, elevated townhome project situated above first-level retail space (above Great Clips) and the surface-level parking garage. This structure is the foundation of the Terrace townhomes, so the construction has already completed a substantial portion of the project timeline. The project has eastern views across the Swaner Nature Preserve to Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain Resort, and western views over Newpark’s main street to Canyons Ski Resort and The Utah Olympic Park.

“This project is off to a great start and we are excited to continue to add to the excellent reputation that Newpark has already established!”, said Gary Crandall, landowner and developer. Technically, the project broke ground in 2009 when the developers built the retail core along Center Drive, but the Great Recession forced all new residential construction projects to a halt. However, under new ownership and a strong leadership team, the Terrace project received its building permit earlier this month.
