Welcome back to the 2013/2014 ski season weather blog! We have been off to a nice start here in Park City. The resorts have had close to two feet of snow over the past week. Yesterday’s big winner was Sundance Resort (pictured above). All three resorts are open in Park City and new lifts and terrain are opening on a daily basis. Sunday: COLD! Dress warm. Partly Sunny early. Snow Showers later in the evening. Inch or less of accumulation. High: 0 Low: -10
Monday: More COLD weather! Dress even warmer 🙂 Scattered flurries early in morning then becoming mostly sunny. Don’ t let the sun fool you though! Wind Chills could be as low as -25.. High: 0 Low: -10
Tuesday: Warming trend.. relatively speaking. Sunny, less wind. High: 15 Low: 0
Wednesday: Still cold, but still warming. Sunny. High: 20 Low: 5
Thursday: If you like bluebird days, this looks like the best day of the week. Warming back to what we are use to in Park City and Sunny. High: 35 Low: 15
Friday: Partly Cloudy. Chance of snow showers late in the day. Does not look like a big storm at this point. High: 25 Low: 20
Saturday: Partly Sunny. High: 30 Low: 15
Overall we will have a rather calm weather week. Very cold temperatures early in the week will warm gradually throughout the week.
