Park City Weather | 2015/2016 Year End Recap

After 4 below average years we were ready for a great snow year in Park City.  I joked with many around town that if we had just an average year it would feel like a great season when comparing to our past few.  Sure enough that is exactly what played out.

We got off to a great start in December and January.  We were above average as we headed into February.  That is where our hopes for an above average year were dashed. Sun and warm weather were the rule.  The storm train kicked back in for the month of March and as I type we have another late spring storm rolling in.

All in all there were plenty of great powder days to be had this season.  Overall we came in just a bit below average around 95%.  Here is hoping to a big snow year next year and more great powder days ahead
