Things to do in Park City

We hope everyone enjoyed Sundance the past couple weeks.  I took at hiatus on the weekly events since Sundance was the event 🙂  Below is a list of things to do in Park City this week:

Feb. 2nd-8th:  Mountain Lion! The story of Pumas and People

Mountain Lion! The Story of Pumas and People is a special exhibition being held at the Swaner Preserve and EcoCenter until March 31, 2015. See the sights, hear the sounds, and learn more about these tremendous wild cats. Family and Youth activities are held Thursdays 10 am to 7 pm and Sundays Noon to 5 pm

Feb. 6th-8th:  Mardi Gras Party with Terrance Simien & The Zydeco

Celebrate the Mardi Gras season with Terrance Simien & The Zydeco Experience. For over 30 years, 2 time GRAMMY award winning artist Terrance Simien, has been welcoming audiences from all over the world to the joyful experience of Cajun Zydeco music. As an 8th generation Louisiana Creole, he has been shattering the myths about what his indigenous roots music is and is not.

Feb. 7th:  Park City Institute presents MOMIX’s “Dreamcatcher”

Mind-bending, gorgeous choreography returns with a new spark of genius from the wildly inventive Moses Pendleton. In MOMIX’s “Dreamcatcher” (Feb. 7, 2015), the troupe’s classically trained dancer-illusionists deliver an otherworldly show filled with striking imagery. This edgy – and sometimes trippy – dose of the unexpected comes from a company that has defied predictability since 1980.

Have a great week and think snow!

Craig
