Weekly Events in Park City, Utah | Dec. 31st – Jan. 6th

Happy New Year!  Hopefully everyone has a fun and safe evening out and about celebrating the end of 2012 and the beginning of 2013.  Park City is jammed with fun events tonight and the rest of the upcoming week.  Take a look at a few of this week’s Weekly Events in Park City, Utah:

December 31st – (An Evening with Kristin Chenoweth-Eccles Center)

Tony and Emmy award-winning Kristin Chenoweth (Glee, Pushing Daisies, Wicked) lights up The Eccles Center with an unforgettable New Year’s Eve show.  Show starts at 8pm.

December 31st – (New Year’s Eve Black Tie Affair at Park City Live)

Park City Live hosts celebrity DJ/drummer Ravi Drums with his Dream Screen for Park City’s favorite New Years event, The Black and White Masquerade Ball. Masks and black and white formal attire is encouraged.

January 3rd – (Powder Champagne Ice Lounge)

For the winter season, Waldorf Astoria Park City will be featuring the Powder Champagne Ice Lounge. This outdoor lounge will include a 14 foot fully sculpted ice bar as well as sculpted furniture. In addition, there will be a separate heated zone for socializing. The Ice Lounge will primarily serve Champagne by the bottle and glass, while all specialty cocktails will be served inside at Powder’s main bar. Live music will take place in the Ice Lounge every Thursday evening!

January 5th – (Sara Watkins and Ruth Moody – Eccles Center)

Sara Watkins, whose fiddle playing wizardry and lovely voice helped propel the trio of child prodigies, Nickel Creek, into the “newgrass” stratosphere is a formidable force as a solo artist.
