Weekly Events in Park City, Utah | Feb. 25th – Mar. 3rd

Spring is just around the corner here in Park City.  As the temperatures start to rise the outdoor events start to ramp up as well.  This week we have some great events around town such as the Sprint US Snowboarding & Freeskiing Grand Prix and Canyons will be starting their spring concert series.  To learn more on these events and others check out this week’s “Weekly Events in Park City, Utah“:

Feb. 25th-28th – (Toba Garrett Classes at Park City Culinary Institute)

Toba is Master Chef Instructor of Cake Decorating and Design at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York, where her classes are sold out months in advance. She will be heading up the school’s new professional cake decorating program launching in the Spring of 2013.

Feb. 25th – Mar. 2nd – (Sprint US Snowboarding & Freeskiing Grand Prix)

Back for year 3, Canyons will play host to the Sprint U.S. Snowboarding & Freeskiing Grand Prix! Come check out the world’s best male and female Snowboardcross (SBX) and Skicross (SX) riders as they race head-to-head here at the resort. Top athletes from around the globe are expected to attend, including top U.S. athletes.

Mar. 2nd – (Bird House Factory – Park City Performing Arts Foundation)

Birdhouse Factory is a juggling, clowning, trampoline-ing, tight-rope walking, tango-ing, acrobatic romp for audiences ages four to 100. And, yes, there’s a hard-work-pays-off, can-do message, too. A circus act unlike those other clowns, Cirque Mechanics’ Depression era-themed show is brimming with high-flying antics and artistry.
