Park City is about to get dirty – “Dirty Modern” that is with The Enclave at Sun Canyon

This week’s Park City Deal of the Week is actually a new project. There have not been many new construction projects the past few years with the real estate downturn. This appears to be a thing of the past. With the increased demand and quickly diminishing inventory levels, developers are starting to go back to work!

Patrick and I had the pleasure of touring one such project this week. The Enclave at Sun Canyon is located in the exclusive Sun Canyon area of Sun Peak. The Enclave at Sun Canyon is a community of 35 town homes set in an unspoiled landscape of immense beauty, secluded in aspens and pines, at the apex of Sun Peak, near Canyons Ski Resort. Constructed of stacked stone, beamed ceilings, floor to ceiling glass, wood flooring, scenic decks and a combination of grass and metal roofs, these residences bring new meaning to indoor/outdoor living.
