Shoreline Village Hideout Utah

There is a new development currently in the works on the east side of the Jordanelle called Shoreline Village that lies within the town of Hideout Utah. Shoreline Village is being developed by GCD who also built the Rustler Townhome and Park’s Edge Communities. As of January 2017 the development has received preliminary approval with Wasatch County and the plans are in with Hideout City for final approval.

Shoreline Village currently shows conceptual plans for a mix of single family homes, town homes, live work residences, stacked condo flats, and a village center with several different amenties including a pool, fitness trail, and event lawn. This information is subject to change and the conceptual plan has not received final approval at this time.
