We hope everyone enjoyed Sundance this year.  I usually take a two week hiatus from my weekly event blog during that time frame as Sundance is the big game in town.  See below for this week’s fun activities:

Feb. 2nd:  Park City Food Tours

Silver Spike Food Tour, Tuesdays, 3:45 pm, Main St., $71 Join local tour guides as we walk, talk and dine down Main Street. Park City is full of interesting history and incredible dining. Our guides will share some of the fun stories of our city as well as the insights to some of our best restaurants. This three hour tour will leave you full of knowledge and fantastic food.

Feb. 3rd-6th:  FIS Freestyle Ski World Cup

Feb. 3rd-6th:  U.S. Snowboarding & Freeskiing Grand Prix

Back once again at Park City, the 2016 U.S. Snowboarding & Freeskiing Grand Prix will highlight the world’s best ski and snowboard athletes in Park City’s award-winning Eagle Superpipe. Admission is free! Event schedule subject to change

Feb. 6th:  Reinventing Radio:  An Evening with Ira Glass

NPR’s “This American Life” – created and hosted by Mr. Glass – has transformed journalism by pushing the limits of how a story is told (and won five Peabody awards along the way). In his live appearance, he weaves memorable radio moments into a behind-the-scenes narrative about finding and telling compelling stories. As The New York Times puts it, “…[Mr. Glass] filters his interviews and impressions through a distinctive literary imagination, an eccentric intelligence, and a sympathetic heart.”
