You can always tell when spring is here in Park City. One day we are skiing in 45 degree weather and sun, the next 7 inches of snow and back to winter! We have some great events coming up this week in town. Take a look below for this week’s ‘Weekly Events in Park City, Utah‘:
Mar. 4th-10th – (Freestyle Junior Nationals)
Park City Mountain Resort
Mar. 7th-9th – (Red, White and Snow)
Red, White & Snow is the National Ability Center’s premier fundraiser. Now in its 9th year, this culinary, wine, and ski festival is among the top 10 in the country and continues to rise in popularity and recognition. The weekend-long event celebrates some of the nation’s top chefs and finest vintners.
Mar. 8th – (Bowfire – Park City Performing Arts Foundation)
As The Globe and Mail puts it, “Exhilarating.” Flying fiddles. Stepping feet. Glorious voices. Ten world-renowned lads and lasses put on a high octane romp that traverses musical genres with wicked bows leading the charge. Jazz, classical, bluegrass, Celtic, rock, gypsy, world music, Texas Swing and Ottawa Valley and Cape Breton styles make appearances throughout the evening.
Mar. 9th – (Marvel’s Super Heroes – Park City Performing Arts Foundation)
Super powers unite as the Marvel characters team up for a show that charms (and teaches) the kid in each of us. Spider-Man, Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk… the whole gang is here. And as the mighty heroes do away with the baddies, they also sneak in messages about everything from bullying and drug awareness to reading and internet safety.
Mar. 9th – (Canyons Spring Concerts Series)
Have a great week!
Think Snow,
Craig
