Opening day at Park City Mountain Resort is right around the corner. Snow is flying today as well so things are looking great for the start of the winter season. Until then take a look below at this week’s events around town:

Nov 13th: Saluting Our Heroes Luncheon

Saluting Our Heroes luncheon pays tribute to the brave men and women who have sacrificed and served our country heroically in the face of conflicts around the globe. This event highlights the important work that organizations across the state, such as the National Ability Center, are doing to provide cutting edge care and rehabilitation to active duty and veteran U.S. service members and their families who have sustained disabilities due to the costs of war. Please join us for this powerful afternoon of speakers and celebration.

Nov. 13-14th: Bling Fling
Shop a dazzling array of gently-used women’s accessories, including jewelry, handbags and scarves. Just in time for holiday shopping, this two-day sale offers beautiful accessories at fabulous prices. All proceeds benefit Peace House, dedicated to breaking the cycle of domestic violence in the community since 1995.

Nov. 14th: KPCW Main Street Music Crawl

Celebrate all things LOCAL… Local Music, Local Venues, Local Radio! The KPCW Main Street Music Crawl is a celebration of all things local – local music, local venues, local radio and our local community. The event will be a party across five local venues, 10 local bands and with 400+ participants. All proceeds from the music crawl will benefit KPCW – Park City’s local, community radio station.

Nov. 14th: Overall Ball Gala
